They also told Jasveer that they will charge Rs. 10,000 as utility and Maintenance from your first month’s income. This will be refunded to you next month if you continue the work. Ideally, every person would want to read the terms and conditions of a contract that he is going to sign. Jasveer did not heat the chance to read this contract. Moreover, you have to pay fees to the Court for the case clearance and case withdrawal. They blackmail you based on Sections 73,74,75 of the Indian Contract Act that you breached a contract.
Your signature exists on a stamp paper contract. If you do not follow the rules, a case will be filed against you. They call you on behalf of the court. When Jasveer submitted his work in 3 days and would correct his mistakes in the remaining 9 days and submit again. they said that once the work is submitted, it is considered as the final submission. This is an intent to Cheat. The company does not wish that you do the correct work. If you analyze their threats, you will find them to be fake. You have to have a clearance from Court.
