Punishment For destroys The Evidence

So, Friends, The question is A, knowing that B has murdered Z, assists B to hide the body with the intention of screening from punishment. Now, the question is, what crime has A committed by helping a prophet?  And Punishment For destroys The Evidence? In this type of case in which the other person helping the prophet to hide the body or proof from police, there is a punishment for that in our Indian penal code Section 201. Section 201 says that – Causing the disappearance of evidence of the offense, or giving false information to screen offender.

Now section 201 is divided into three parts.

The first is –

It a capital offense shall, if the offense which he knows or believes to have been committed is punishable with death, be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

The second part says –

If punishment with imprisonment for life and if the offense is punishable with or without imprisonment which may extend to ten years shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable to a fine.

And the third part of it says that –

If punishable with less than ten years for a term which may extend to one-fourth part of the longest term of the imprisonment provided for the offenses, or with fine,  or with both. So I show you the three categories of section 201. Now let’s go back to the question. If any person hides the dead body and the offense is murder. He knew that there was occur a murder.

For murder, we need to go into section 203 in which you see the detailed punishments for the murder. Such a person who works hides the evidence and is punishable with seven years. And he will also be liable for a fine.
